Fees
At Gentle Growth, we want to make sure that our services are fair and accessible for all of our clients whilst being able to keep the business sustainable.
Therapy sessions are charged between £65-£90, operating on a sliding scale, based on your annual income, pre-tax.
A limited number of concessionary spaces (£60 per session) are available for clients on lower incomes. Concessionary spaces are offered subject to availability and can be used by approx. 20% of the clients at any given time.
We are implementing this change due to vast majority of clients being on the concessionary fee in 2024-2026.
Payment plans, bulk payments, flexible payment plans and other agreements are welcome. Please let me know during our initial assessment what is the most suitable way of paying for the sessions.

Fees can be paid via payment link, cash, bank transfer, PayPal or card payment after a session. My default is to send invoices with a payment link following each session, though I am happy to adapt this according to individual needs where possible.
Fee update (June 2026): The current fee structure applies to all new clients starting therapy from June 2026 onwards. Existing clients remain on their previously agreed fee arrangements unless agreed otherwise.
